WARRANTY POLICY

I. Warranty and maintenance policy of products and services

  • Product guarantee means to fix the faults, technical problems occurred due to the manufacturer’s mistakes

II. Warranty Proccess

  • The products are guaranteed for free if they are still within the warranty period calculated from the date of delivery.
  • The warranty period is written on the Warranty Card and according to the manufacturer’s regulations for all technical problems.
  • There is a warranty card and the company’s warranty seal on the product.

III. The cases are not covered by warranty

  • The products have exceeded the warranty period written on the card or lost the Warranty Card.
  • Warranty seal is torn, broken, pasted or modified.
  • Warranty card does not specify Serial number and date of purchase.
  • The serial number on the products is indeterminate or incorrect compared to the serial number written on the warranty card.
  • The products are damaged by mechanical impacts, leading them to be dropped, broken, stricken, scratched, distorted, wetted, rusted, or damage caused by fire or natural disaster.
  • The products show signs of damage caused by the infiltration of rats or insects.
  • Using the instruction manual incorrectly, using the wrong voltage.
  • The software provided for free with the sold machines.
  • Individuals or technicians dismantle and repair the products without the authorization from Ngoc Thien Company
  • Do not pay in full according to the regulations

IV. Return and refund policy

  • Renew within the first 07 days if there is a device fault (Do not apply for some special codes ordered on request)
  • Equipments in warranty period will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations.
  • Damaged equipments must be returned to the Company under warranty and sent back good machines to customers from 02 to 15 days depending on the level of damage.
  • Do not resolve any cases exchanging or returning the devices if it is not due to the manufacturers’ mistakes.

V. Warranty responsibility of Ngoc Thien Company

  • Equipments in warranty period will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations.
  • Damaged equipments must be returned to the Company under warranty and good machines will be sent to customers from 02 to 15 days depending on the damage level.
  • Do not resolve any cases exchanging or returning the devices if it is not due to the manufacturers’ mistakes.
